Bringing home a new Plushpanion is an exciting moment! To ensure a smooth arrival and a happy, huggable friend, follow these simple steps when unboxing your new Plushpanion.
📦 Unboxing Your Plushpanion 📦
Carefully Open the Box Use scissors with caution to avoid accidentally cutting into your new plush friend. Take your time!
Gently Remove Your Plushpanion Instead of pulling on one area (like an ear or an arm), lift your plush evenly to avoid unnecessary stress on the fabric or seams.
Inspect Your Plush Look over your Plushpanion to ensure they arrived safely. Check for any rips, tears, or stitching issues—though rare, we want to make sure your companion is in top shape!
Read, Then Remove, Any Hang Tags Your Plushpanion's hang tag includes safety details and fun character information. Once you've read everything, carefully remove any non-sewn tags to prevent accidental snags during playtime.
Massage Fabric We use recycled fasteners for hang tags and props. These fasteners are thick and can appear to leave larger holes in more delicate fabric. These piercings shrink back on their own, over time, but to speed up the process we recommend massaging the areas. We are working on implementing an alternative to these fasteners - stay tuned!
Squish Into Shape Plushies sometimes need a little reshaping after their journey. Gently squeeze the sides of their head and body, then press the top and bottom to help them regain their intended shape.
Give Your Companion a Hug! Congratulations, your Plushpanion is officially home! A big hug is the best way to welcome them - then your adventures can begin!

For everyday care, we recommend spot cleaning your Plushpanion with a damp cloth. If a full wash is needed, hand wash with mild detergent and air dry only to keep them soft, cozy, and long-lasting.
