ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
Please keep your receipt.
Non-Returnable Items Include:

RETURN PROCESS:

Reach out to our Customer Support team by submitting a ticket, or by emailing hello@plushpanions.eco to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refund:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved returns will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges:
We only replace plushies if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same one, please contact us.
